Photographer Edward Burtynsky has been capturing humanities impact on the planet throughout his life. His newest collection shows the path that oil takes from when it is found, to where it is processed and finally to where all the oil consuming machines end up. His pictures are taken at extremely large resolutions to catch the essence and effects that oil has upon our planet.
